Accommodation

The ER 2008 local organization has negotiated special rates with a number of hotels and a residence, all within walking distance or well connected to the conference venue.

Be advised that hotel prices fluctuate quite bit, especially in the city centre. We negotiated what we believe are advantageous rates in convenient hotels, but feel free to book your own accommodation.

Important : To reserve the negotiated rates, fill and send by fax or mail the corresponding booking form below not later than September 4 th, 2008 . This is the mechanism to identify you as a conference participant and have the special rates applied.

Rates and Booking

Rates are given in euros, they are per room, per night and breakfast is included (rates do not include the 7 % of VAT except in the case of the Residència). They can only be guaranteed up to September 4th 2008 and for the conference dates. Please note that each hotel/residence has a limited number of reserved rooms which are assigned on a first-come-first-served basis. Use the provided form to identify yourself as a conference participant.
