How to Add the Conference Program to my calendar?

1. Download the Calendar : The file you will download is the conference program in iCalendar format, a standard format that most of the actual calendar software import. Check whether you calendar software imports iCalendar files here.
2. Import the dowload file to your calendar software: Here you can see some examples of how to do so in MS Outook 2007 and Google Calendar.
