CAMERA READY SUBMISSION

Submision Rules:

  1. The final version of the paper should not exceed 14 pages, including references and appendices, if any. There will be a charge of EUR 125 per extra page if you exceed the limit. In no case may your paper exceed 16 pages.

  2. Each paper will be included in the proceedings only if at least one author registers and pays the conference fees, including extra page charges, if applicable, before June 30th. Online registration facility is available at: http://www.upc.edu/ER2008/Registration.shtml


  3. Authors must submit final manuscripts using the LNCS style. Each final version of the paper must strictly follow the LNCS formatting style. Springer may reject your papers when the manuscript is not in proper format. Especially, be careful about the NEW citation style used in LNCS.

  4. Please send the:
  5. (a) Completed copyright form.

    (b) Source (input) files:

    (i) For example, LaTeX2e files for the text and PS/EPS or PDF/JPG files for all figures.

    (ii) Any further style files and fonts you have used together with your source files and that are not generally available at CTAN.

    (iii) Final DVI file (for papers prepared using LaTeX/TeX).

    (iv) Final PDF file (for reference).

    (v) RTF files (for word-processing systems other than LaTeX/TeX).

  6. The table of contents and the author index are actually created from the headers of the papers. We therefore ask you to check that the names in the headers are written as they should appear in the table of contents and the author index. We prefer names to be written out in full whenever possible. Please also make sure that no academic titles are included in the headers.

  7. Springer will send the papers to the corresponding authors for approval during August. Please ensure that the corresponding author has access to his/her e-mail during this time.
