There are three DRX intruments (Bruker D8 Advance) with the following configurations:
 

System 1:
Vertical goniometer, Bragg-Brentano  q-q configuration, scintillation (NaI), Cu anode without monocromator for filtering the Ka2 line, Ni filter for the Cu Kb line.
 

System 2:
Vertical goniometer, Bragg-Brentano  q-q configuration, Cu anode, Sol-X detector with discriminator for Kb line
 

Equipo 3: Goniómetro vertical, configuración Bragg-Brentano q-2q, tubo con ánodo de Cu, monocromador a la salida del tubo, línea Ka1, detector PSD Lynx-eye. Portamuestras de 9 posiciones. Cabezal para muestras en capilares
 

These instruments allow the measurement of powder spectra in sweep of fixed angle mode, for deterination of crystaline and amorphous phases, cuantitative determination of phases and Rietveld analysis
