we take rectangular strips of paper of which one end has been previously
twisted with respect to the other and join these ends together, we get Möbius
strips, surfaces with only one face where orientation and the notion of
inside and outside are lost. |

With a simple Möbius strip (one with only one twist), if you cut the strip down the middle, what do you get? |
