What do you have to do to enrol in a master's degree courses?

Enrolment

These courses of study are open to holders of an official Spanish university degree or to holders of an official university degree that was awarded by a university in the European Higher Education Area and that gives access to a master’s degree in the country in which it was awarded.

Master’s degrees are also open to holders of a university degree awarded by a university in a country that is not part of the European Higher Education Area if the degree has been officially recognised as equivalent to a Spanish qualification that gives access to a master’s degree. If the applicant’s degree has not been recognised officially, the University must first verify that the course of study corresponds to a level of education equivalent to an official Spanish university degree and that the qualification obtained would give access to a master’s degree in the country in which it was awarded. Admission following this procedure under no circumstances implies the official recognition of the degree or its acceptance for any purpose other than admission to the master’s degree. If the student successfully completes the master’s degree, the qualification obtained will be officially valid.

In addition to these general university entrance requirements, which apply to all master’s degree courses, each programme may also have its own specific admission requirements.
