Enlloc d&#8217;estabilitzar el personal per la via de valoraci\u00f3 dels m\u00e8rits (tal i com estableix l&#8217;article 61.6 de l&#8217;EBEP), el govern ha decidit ser l&#8217;executor de l&#8217;ERO m\u00e9s gran de la hist\u00f2ria. Totes les persones interines que porten 10, 15, 20 anys treballant per l&#8217;administraci\u00f3 p\u00fablica en ab\u00fas de temporalitat, enlloc de ser estabilitzats en el seu lloc de treball, veuran com la seva pla\u00e7a sortir\u00e0 a concurs p\u00fablic, amb el risc molt tangible de perdre la pla\u00e7a despr\u00e9s de tots els anys treballant en el seu centre de treball.<br \/>Aquesta \u00e9s la seva &#8220;regularitzaci\u00f3&#8221;. I com a insult final, una minsa indemnitzaci\u00f3 de 15 dies per any treballat, amb un topall m\u00e0xim de 10 anys per les interines que perdin la pla\u00e7a. Tot aix\u00f2, amb la necess\u00e0ria participaci\u00f3 dels 3 sindicats de la patronal, CCOO, UGT i el CSIF, que han corregut a firmar i donar suport a aquesta mesura, consumant, una vegada m\u00e9s, la seva tra\u00efci\u00f3 a qui diuen representar, la classe treballadora.<br \/>A universitats, malgrat que l&#8217;ab\u00fas de temporalitat es d\u00f3na majorit\u00e0riament entre el PDI en altres formes (fals professorat associat, encadenament de contractes d&#8217;obra i servei, etc.) tamb\u00e9 ens afecta aquesta problem\u00e0tica. S&#8217;hi suma la pr\u00e0ctica, desgraciadament molt habitual i silenciada, d&#8217;acomiadar professorat agregat, titular, lector inter\u00ed\u00a0 mitjan\u00e7ant l&#8217;\u00fas de concursos amb perfils de pla\u00e7a fets a mida del candidat del grup de pressi\u00f3 pertinent. Persones que porten anys i anys treballant per la universitat s\u00f3n acomiadades sense cap remordiment per part de la universitat.<br \/>En el cas del PAS l\u2019ab\u00fas de temporalitat \u00e9s dona en forma d\u2019interinatges o contractes d\u2019obra i servei (cap\u00edtol 6) tant en l\u2019\u00e0mbit laboral com funcionarial. En alguns \u00e0mbits el nivell d\u2019ab\u00fas de temporalitat ha superat amb escreix el 50% de la plantilla.<br \/>Des de la CGT i els CAU-IAC, tant a les universitats com en la resta de l&#8217;administraci\u00f3 p\u00fablica, la nostra postura \u00e9s clara. Les que hi s\u00f3n, es queden.<br \/>Per aquest motiu, el proper 28 d&#8217;octubre, el sindicalisme combatiu, de forma unit\u00e0ria i des de la Taula sindical de Catalunya (CGT, CNT, SO, COS, COBAS, IAC), convoquem vaga a tots els sectors de l&#8217;administraci\u00f3 p\u00fablica de l&#8217;Estat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><br \/>El 28 d&#8217;octubre, tots al carrer, per assegurar-nos el futur. El 28 d&#8217;octubre, guanyem el que \u00e9s nostre.
