The aim of this bachelor's degree is to produce professionals in the field of electronics who are able to work in multidisciplinary settings. The degree provides a grounding in the mathematics, science and technology of electronics, which are necessary for conceiving, designing, implementing and operating products and services in the fields of instrumentation, microelectronics, communications electronics and others. Much of the content is practical to ensure that graduates have the ability to work with the equipment typically found in an electronics laboratory.

Professional opportunities

Graduates may find employment in the areas of ICT engineering and, to a lesser extent, industrial technology engineering and bioengineering. They will be equipped to supervise and carry out tasks related to the design, implementation and management of electronic systems in fields and sectors such as the following:
