The rector of the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya - BarcelonaTech (UPC), Francesc Torres, has sent a message to the university community wishing them a good summer and a well-deserved break.
In the video, available on the UPC’s YouTube channel (with English subtitles), the rector highlights our collective responsibility regarding scientific and technological progress, reminding us that “our future will not be determined by the technology we develop but by the wisdom with which we choose to use it.” With this reflection, Rector Torres stresses the importance of values, ethics and university commitment to building a better future.
