The Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya - BarcelonaTech (UPC) deeply regrets the situation that the people of Venezuela are experiencing following the two earthquakes that have shaken the north of the country, and joins in offering its heartfelt condolences to the victims and their families.

We wish to express our solidarity with the Venezuelan people and with those members of the UPC community who have family or personal ties to the affected area. We offer our support and hope that the citizens of Venezuela and its universities can recover from this catastrophe as soon as possible.
