Carlos Cares received the Software Engineer title from the Universidad de Concepción
and Master's degree from the Technical University Federico Santa María, Chile. He is a
Software Engineering professor at the University of La Frontera from 1990. Cares is a
PhD candidate and researcher in the GESSI group at the Technical University of
Catalonia, Spain.

Xavier Franch is an associate professor at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya
(UPC), Spain. He received his Ph.D. in Informatics from the UPC in 1996. He has been a
principal and a co-investigator of several funded research projects and industrial
collaborations. His current interests include Requirements Engineering, Quality
Modeling, OTS-based Development, and Method Engineering.

Anna Perini is a research leader in the Software Engineering research unit at FBK-IRST
CIT (http://se.fbk.eu). Her main research interests are in the areas of agent-oriented
software engineering and requirements engineering. She is participating in the
program committee of international conferences and workshops, and acting as a
reviewer for major journals in these areas. She has been leading several research and
industrial projects.

Angelo Susi is a researcher in the Software Engineering group at FBK-IRST, in Trento,
Italy. His research interests are in the areas of Requirements Engineering, Agent-
Oriented Software Engineering and Machine Learning applied to software requirements
management. He is participating in a program committee of international
conferences and he is acting as a reviewer for journals in these areas.
