Through our Licenses and Patents Office, we take care of the research results protection during the transfer process, and we participate in the valorization process in order to bring the technology to the market.
A patent is an exclusive right granted for an invention, which is a product or a process that provides, in general, a new way of doing something, preventing others from making use of it without the owner's consent. As a compensation, the patent is available to the public.
