Courses and modules

From INTEXTER we offer the possibility to any company to make its own course adapted to its specified and required needs. These courses are offered on request, and sporadically, on the initiative of INTEXTER staff.

Here you can find which are the basic modules that we offer, but do not hesitate to consult us for any special request. You will also find the latest courses we have taught.

M1: Classification and properties of textile fibres.

Basic course

The basic notions are provided that allow to know the main textile fibres properties; as well as its classification, definition, properties and applications.

In addition, the properties of most common mixtures are also studied, as well as the regulation relative to the textile products labelled.

Duration: 3 hours

  1. Raw materials
  2. Usual mixtures.
  3. Labelled.

M2: Chemical fibres obtaining.

This module provides the obtaining basic notions of most common chemical fibres. The types of threads more used are described, with examples of polyester and acrylic. In addition, the processes of stretching and texturing to obtain yarn with textile properties are explained.

Duration: 3 hours.

  1. Fusion spinning.
  2. Wet spinning.
  3. Dry spinning.
