A device for making comparative measurements of grade 1 and 2 steel, ceramic and tungsten gauge blocks, with an accuracy of 0.01 μm and a measurement range between 0.5 and 100 mm. It has two aligned capacitive transducers to allow double data entry of gauge blocks. It can be used for calibration of gauge blocks according to ISO 17025 accredited by ENAC.
