In case of denial

In case that you receive an official notification of DENIAL, if your TIE card is already expired, you are not legal in Spain anymore.

Nevertheless, you still have one last option : to submit an APPEAL.

For this, the person has to submit the corresponding form duly filled, with the documents that justify the case/situation.

IMPORTANT! From OMI office we can assess you about how to do it.

Please, send one e-mail to: oficina.mobilitat.internacional@upc.edu and book an appointment for "assessment for the appeal". (Please, indicate your full name, studies in UPC and when you could come to OMI office in Campus Nord UPC.)
Bring all the documents previously submitted and the official notifications received from the Spanish legal authorities.
