International Staff Training Week 2022
The UPC-BARCELONATECH is glad to invite you to our International Staff Training Week organized within the framework of the Erasmus programme for UPC’s esteemed partner universities.
The event will be held from 23th to 27th may 2022
The programme is intended to offer a sound general overview of International Mobility management. Why internationalization is important, how we organize our International Mobility Offices, how we deal with Erasmus Programs and European Projects, how your work relates to internationalization. The whole idea is to share best practices, to learn from each other.
We will also talk about Quality Management, Co-working, Intercultural integration and will try to set up personal meetings under request.
Last but not least, we are eager to show you a bit of our amazing city.
Once your place at the ISTW is confirmed, we will send you a more detailed programme for the week.
Who
The program is aimed at administrative staff working in the university level with interest in benchmarking of practice and networking with colleagues.
Language
The language of communication is English.
How to apply?
If you would like to participate, please fill in the application below before April 3rd.
We would love to receive all applicants but, for organization reasons, we would have to choose a maximum of 2 participants per institution.
On April 8th we will inform the applicants if they have been selected.
Cost
There are no registration fees, however, participants are expected to finance their own travel, accommodation, etc. You can make use of ERASMUS+KA103 funds for staff mobility to cover these expenses.
