For UPC international incoming students, academic year 2020-2021

• I am an international exchange student at UPC and I would like to remain here, to finish my exchange stay. Can I do it with the online classes?

You can follow the online activities of UPC.

Remember to follow the instructions of the authorities (about health issues, restrictions on movement and travels, etc).

In case you had not done it before, please contact the Embassy or Consulate of your origin country and inform them about your period of stay and situation; in order that they are aware of your circumstances.

• I am an international exchange student at UPC and I would like to go back to my country. Can I finish my exchange stay and courses from my country, by means of online classes?

You can follow the online activities of UPC.
If you follow the online classes and you obtain at the end of the semester the evaluation of these subjects, then the whole semester will be considered an Erasmus+ exchange, with the corresponding economic consequences related to the economic grant, linked to your stay.

Please ask your UPC host school/faculty, about the possibilities of online assessment for your subjects.

• I am an international exchange student at UPC and I had already returned to my country. Will I be able to do my final exams online?

The online activities are being constantly assessed. Moreover, the final exams will be done online. Please ask your UPC host school/faculty, about the possibilities of online assessment for your subjects.

• I am an international exchange student at UPC and I would like to go back to my country, but I am not finding any transportation means to do that, what should I do?

Please contact the Embassy or Consulate of your country, in order to know the options that you have.

• I am a SICUE exchange student and I am at UPC as a host university, what should I do?

At UPC all classes and academic activities have turned into the online mode. Please follow the instructions of your UPC school/faculty, keep in touch with your professors and follow the activities in the Atenea platform.

• I am a SICUE exchange student (Spanish national exchange program), I am at UPC as a host university and I had already gone back home. Can I follow my subjects in the online mode and will I be assessed at the end of the exchange?

Please inform the International Relations Sub-director of your UPC host school/faculty.

• I am an international student doing an internship in the UPC facilities (labs, etc.). What should I do?

From mid-March, UPC activities have gone online. Please ask your host UPC school/faculty and tutor, about the possibilities of assessment of your internship.
