Students with double nationality

If you have two nationalities and one of them is from the EU and another is non-EU, you would have come as EU national born in another country (with your EU passport, without a visa). Otherwise, you should have come with a spanish student visa (as a non-EU student).

If you came as an EU national, please  identify yourself during your stay in Spain as EU national, born in another country. Then, you have to make the legal procedures as EU national (see here further details), and you do not have the limitations to travel or work that have non-EU students.

For example, if I am Brazilian and Portuguese, I will introduce myself as Portuguese (born in Brazil) and always use my Portuguese passport number. And then, I will make the legal procedures for EU students.

The same applies if I am from Argentina and Italian. I will introduce myself as Italian (born in Argentina) and always use my Portuguese passport number. And then, I will make the legal procedures for EU students.

Etcetera.
