OMI office reopens its front desk (face-to-face public attention)

From 15th September 2020 on, the UPC International Students Office ("OMI") reopens its face-to-face presential service, with the following opening hours for the front desk (face-to-face): Tuesday to Friday, from 10h to 14h. No need for prior appointment.

Service will be provided to our users, following the instructions of the authorities. Among others:

  •     mandatory face mask (it is mandatory everywhere on campus, both indoors and outdoors)
  •     social distance (distance between one person and another)
  •     maximum capacity of 2 people at a time inside the office
  •     wash your hands with hydroalcoholic gel when entering the office
  •     staff behind the glass screen.


Although the OMI office will be open, we remind our users that we all must try to continue prioritizing electronic means for our interaction and thus avoid unnecessary mobility. THANK YOU.
