The GRO group of INTEXTER-UPC studies the organizational, strategic and management aspects of innovation within companies and the textile and industrial chain. This team analyzes how organizations can structure, adapt and evolve in a sustainable way to integrate production, logistics, technology and service processes throughout the value chain of the textile industry.
The group's research focuses on governance models, change dynamics, innovation culture, process management and business support systems that promote competitiveness and sustainability. GRO applies both basic research and applied projects in collaboration with companies in the sector to achieve effective knowledge transfer.
