Servei de Gestió de la Innovació - UPC (Innovation Management Service - UPC) aims to stimulate and facilitate the protection, assessment and transmission of research results developed at the UPC.

The assessment proccess implies an exhaustive analysis of the implementations related to a new technology and its impact in the market, identifying and supporting the necessary developing actions to get a product or innovative service with real business expectations. The expected result of an assessed technology is a highly innovative project with a high commercial strength.

Since 2016, Servei de Gestió de la Innovació belongs to the TECNIO network of the Catalan Government as a facilitator member, recognised as an entity which gives access to technologies helping companies to know up-to-date technologies generated in our scientific and technical environment.
