The 2023 Best Global Universities Rankings (US News) have been published

The UPC remains among the world’s top 25 institutions in Optics' subject, and ranks as the Top Spanish university in five subjects, including the field of Engineering.

The Best Global Universities Rankings, published by US News & World Report, classify institutions using indicators that focus on their research and reputation.

In addition to the general ranking, the Best Global Universities Rankings include forty-seven rankings by subjects, four more than last edition.

The UPC ranks in the Top Spanish universities in five subjects, as the field of Engineering and the subjects of Optics, Civil Engineering, Meteorology and Atmospheric Sciences, and Telecommunications, Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
