Jun 19, 2025

The UPC obtains its best results in Physics, Civil Engineering, Electrical and Energy Engineering, Electronic and Telecommunications Engineering, Chemical Engineering and Mathematics.

The CYD Foundation publishes a set of rankings based on analysing indicators grouped into six main areas: Teaching and Learning, Research, Knowledge Transfer, International Orientation, Contribution to Territorial Development and, in the case of rankings by subject, Graduate Employment.

For each indicator, the Ranking classifies institutions in three performance groups: high, medium and low.

The UPC participated in the 2025 edition of the CYD Ranking at the general level as an institution and in the subjects Architecture, Civil Engineering, Electrical and Energy Engineering, Electronic and Telecommunications Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Informatics Engineering and Mathematics.

Considering the frequency by performance group, the UPC obtains its best results in Physics, Civil Engineering, Electrical and Energy Engineering, Electronic and Telecommunications Engineering, Chemical Engineering and Mathematics, in the first group; in Informatics Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, in the second group; and in Architecture, in the third.
