The 2025 edition of the study on the most-cited authors in the world in Scopus, also known as Ranking Stanford-Elsevier

Researchers at Stanford University, with the collaboration of Elsevier-Scopus, have recently updated the results of the study of most-cited authors in the world, based on their publications in the Scopus database. 

The total number of UPC teaching and research staff who are ranked on one of the two lists that are considered in this latest edition, which considers citations between 1996 and 2024 or in 2024, respectively, is 122.
