Basic 1

Online and blended learning courses with continuous assessment and a final exam. Online tutorials in the Parla.cat course.
50 hours total:

• 41 hours of guided virtual learning
• 9 hours online sessions with the tutor-group
• 6 weeks (intensive: 4 weeks)

In order to take the courses, you must devote 4.5 hours a week to self-directed learning tasks. This course continues with Basic 2.

1. Certificate of attendance: minimum 80% of attendance + 60 points minimum average score in Parlacat activities + 80% writing and speaking tasks.
2. Certificate of completion: minimum 80% of attendance + 60 points minimum average score in Parlacat activities + 80% writing & speaking tasks + final test.

• Students at UPC schools: subsidised, €20 (registration fee). If you pass a module, the next module at Level A2 is free. €20 second registration for each module repeated.
• Teaching and administrative staff at UPC schools: 100% subsidised.
• Members of UPC Alumni, the UPC Group, associated research entities and affiliated schools: €75.

2. Proof of payment must be sent by e-mail to demana.slt@upc.edu.
3. If you do not send proof of payment, the SLT reserves the right to cancel your registration
