ICEX Business Internationalization Scholarships 2026 – Call for Applications Now Open

Gain expertise in international management with an official MBA and acquire hands-on experience at Spanish Embassy Economic and Commercial Offices abroad, as well as in international companies and organizations.

The ICEX Business Internationalization Scholarships, a flagship program that has trained over 9.000 young professionals over the last half-century, is now in its 51st edition. The program aims to boost the employability of young talent through high-level training and international internships that pave the way for global careers.

A 3-phase training itinerary: The program is designed for comprehensive professional growth:

Phase 0 | Academic Training: Completion of the Official Master’s Degree in International Business Management (MBA). Includes grants ranging from €800 to €2,500 for students residing outside Madrid.
Phase I | Institutional Experience: A one-year internship within the network of Economic and Commercial Offices of Spanish Embassies worldwide.
Phase II | Corporate Experience: A second year of internships in Spanish companies with international operations or in international organizations, both in Spain and abroad.

Requirements:

Applicants must be born on or after January 1st, 1998.
Residency in Spain and EU citizenship.
A university degree (Bachelor’s) that allows access to official Master’s degree studies.
Proof of advanced English proficiency (minimum B2 level, CEFR).
