OMI Office Hours for December and Christmas

On Tuesday, December 16th, 2025, the OMI office will be open during its usual morning opening hours (10:00 AM to 2:00 PM). However, there will be no in-person service at the front desk that Tuesday afternoon; only online attention will be available.

Furthermore, please note that due to the university's closing period due to Christmas holidays and energy saving measures, the OMI office will be closed from December 24th to January 6th, both included.

OMI office will reopen on January 7th, 2026, with its regular public opening hours:

- Monday to Friday, 10:00h to 14:00h;
- and Tuesday afternoons, 15:30h to 17:30h.
