"Youth of Excellence Scheme of China" Scholarships: Master’s Programs for Future Leaders

The China Scholarship Council (CSC) has launched the application period for the Youth of Excellence Scheme of China Program. The program offers 200 full scholarships for Master’s degrees taught in English at prestigious Chinese universities.

Program Highlights:

• Coverage: Full scholarship.

• Duration: Typically 12 months. Some programs follow a "1+1" paradigm (one year of full-time coursework in China and a second year completing the dissertation in the home country while working).

• Language of Instruction: English.

Candidate Profile: This scholarship is specifically designed for experienced professionals:

1. Must be under 45 years old and hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher.

2. At least 3 years of work experience is required.

3. Applicants must fall into one of these categories: Government officials (division chief level or above), senior managers in institutions or enterprises, university or research institution administrators, or individuals with experience in international organizations.
