Youth Hostel Equity Point

Check-in at the youth hostel starts from 12.00 noon. Remember to bring an adaptor plug (electricity) and padlock (lockers).  These items can also be purchased at the reception of Equity Point.

You will be asked to sign a UNITECH check-in sheet at Equity Point upon arrival.

Check out is at 10:00 AM on the day of departure (Note room preparation for check out on points 17 and 18 of hotel regulations)

• Youth hostel

Accommodation is already booked, paid and ensured by the UNITECH organization for the days of the event -from Sunday, January 6 until Saturday, January 12, 2013.

Please pay special attention to the hostel rules and regulations:

GROUPS CONDITIONS

Hostel Regulations:

1.-The hostel is open 24 hours. In order to gain access to the centre, you will need to show your security card to prove your identity to the reception staff.

2.-Breakfast is included in the price. It is served between 8am and 10am.

3.-For your security, it is necessary for you to show your registration card at reception each time you enter the hostel.

4.-You will need to check out of the hostel between 6am and 10am. It is preferable that you do this before having breakfast.

5.-The rooms all have lockers and, therefore, in the event of any personal belongings being stolen, the hostel will not be held responsible. You can use your own lock or buy one at our reception.

6.-If a guest wishes to leave before the end of their reservation, the sum charged for the remaining nights will not be refunded.

7.-The hostel provides a room with free internet access, which is open 24 hours. (except London)

8.-The hostel provides a fridge, which is at the guest’s disposal. Please remember to remove any food or drink that you may have left there on the last day of your stay.

9.-The hostel provides a room in which suitcases can be left. This room is not under surveillance, therefore, in the event of any personal belongings being stolen, the hostel will not be held responsible.

10.-In case of any disturbance caused to other guests, the hotel reserves the right to refuse admission.

11.-Guests shall behave with respect towards other guests and hostel staff, and shall be held responsible for their own actions within the hostel, during their stay on our premises, and outside of the hostel, in activities organized by the hostel itself. The owners of the hostel and its directors shall be absolved of any responsibility in connection with the actions of its guests. A deposit of 100€ for each 10 people will be required at group arrival.

12.-The members of a group can only drink alcohol drinks in the common areas and during the allowed hours if they are older than 18 years old and the group leader, under its responsibility, specifically allow them to do it in this paper.

13.-Any damages caused during the stay of the group must be paid for to the hostel management before departure. To this end, we reserve the right to charge a deposit which will be returned once verified that no damages have been incurred.

14.- Any persons found drunk or under the influence of illegal substances will be denied access into the Hostel. Persons inside the hostel drunk will be immediately asked to leave the hostel with no refund.

15.-Before entering the room, the group leader is responsible to verify that the room is clean and everything is in order. In case of anything out of order or not clean he has to communicate it to the staff.

16.-Smoking is not allowed in the rooms and in the common areas.

17.-Last day the group has to put all bed sheets, towels and blankets in a bag provided by reception and leave it into the room.

18.-At the same time we will provide bags for the garbage. The floors have to be clean before check out.

19.-Group leader shall sign deposit form before entering the Hostel. Entrance will not be allowed without the signature.

• Additional nights
  Students wishing or needing to arrive earlier or departing later have to book their accommodation ON THEIR OWN and pay them on from their own expenses.
