ACCIÓ 9 - INSTITUTE POLYTECHNIC OF SETUBAL (PORTUGAL)

the IPS 8th International Week will be held from 16th to 20th March, under the theme Building Bridges, Sharing Knowledge. It has 3 main objectives:

1 - To promote the development of stable partnerships in order to facilitate applications to international funded projects (examples: benchmarking of specific areas, joint post-graduate degrees, knowledge alliances, strategic partnerships, H2020, or others)

2 -To promote the ability to attract international students

3 -To promote Internationalisation as a strategy to develop the following competences/skills:

ü Use of English as a working language;

ü Intercultural communication;

ü Inter-personal relationship;

ü Arguing/presenting, in public and in English, a certain line of reasoning

As in the previous editions, we will have activities for teaching staff and non-teaching staff.
