Call for applications: Erasmus+ 2023-2024 grants for participation in Blended Intensive Programs

The grants are available for students enrolled in official UPC bachelor's or master's degree courses, whose centers participate in a Blended Intensive Program.

Blended Intensive Programs are educational schemes which provide blended mobility opportunities. They combine a short physical stay abroad (of a minimum duration of 5 to a maximum of 30 days) with a virtual learning component to be completed prior, during or posterior to the completion of the physical mobility. They are organized jointly by at least 3 universities participating in the Erasmus+ program.

The present call, covered by Erasmus+ Program funding, finances the physical mobility of students in the location chosen by the coordinating university* and awards grants of

  • 70€/day for stays of up to 14 days
  • 50€/day from the 15th to the 30th day.

To the total individual support grant, calculated according to the duration of the stay, up to two additional days can be added as support for travel.

In addition, in order to reach students from all areas and promote inclusion, the call for applications includes complementary grants for beneficiaries with fewer opportunities (scholarship holders from the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training or the Basque Government; people with a legally recognized disability; and students with refugee status).

In order to apply for the grant, you must be enrolled in an official UPC bachelor's or master's degree program and be admitted to one of the BIPS offered in the BIP list published at this link.

In the current call students can apply for activities completed between October 1, 2023 and May 31, 2024.
