EU+Swiss students

If you are a citizen of the European Union or you are Swiss, and you are going to remain in Spain for more than three months, you must ask to be registered at the EU Citizens' Register.

• EU and Swiss students, staying less than 6 months

• EU and Swiss students, staying MORE than 6 months: you have to make the procedure "EU Citizen's register" and, in addition, make the census register procedure ("empadronamiento").
