  • Santander Scholarships Financial Aid 2026: New call open until October 7

    A program offering over 9,000 scholarships of €1,000 each for undergraduate, master's, postgraduate, and advanced vocational training students. Applications are open until October 7th.

  • Training in technologies applied to digital banking

    Learn how to design and implement innovative solutions within the CaixaBank Tech digital ecosystem through the new microcredentials in financial technology (fintech). These microcredentials, worth 6 ECTS credits and delivered in a blended format, are taught in collaboration with UPCSchool and can be taken consecutively or independently. Three microcredentials are offered: Web Application Development (from 26/01/2026), User Interface or Front-End Development (from 16/03/2026) and Server-Side or Back-End Programming Development (from 11/05/2026).

  • Teaching surveys: your feedback helps us improve

    During the months of Novembre and January, satisfaction surveys are activated on the subjects and the teachers who teach them this first semester of the 2025 until 2026 academic year. Check the dates of your educational center to participate (in Catalan).

  • Have you launched a tech-based company and need funding? Sign up for Next Frontier Founders

    Next Frontier Founders, the programme for start-up acceleration and investment readiness, has opened a new call—running until 15 July—aimed at all students and members of the UPC community. In addition to training and mentoring, the programme offers one-to-one meetings with investors. Participating start-ups and spin-offs also have the chance to pitch their business projects at the UPC Pitching Session during 4YFN 2026 or to have a presence at this international benchmark fair for entrepreneurship. This year, the call is supported by the Fractus-UPC Deep Tech Hub, and registrations can be submitted through the Hub’s website:

  • Register for the UPC’s Doctoral School Open Day on 9 May

    On 9 May, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., the UPC’s Doctoral School will open its doors to let you explore your options after completing your master’s degree. It will also host the institutional final of the 7th edition of the Thesis in 4 Minutes competition.

  • Call for internships and awards Batlleiroig Chair at TFG and TFM in architecture

    Students on the bachelor’s degree in Architecture (GArq), the master’s degree in Architecture (MArq) or the master’s degree in Landscape Architecture (MBLandArch) have until 10 June to apply for a 6-month work placement grant at the Batlleiroig Chair, which aims to promote practical learning of solutions to tackle the climate emergency. Those students who were awarded a mark of excellent or a distinction for their bachelor’s or master’s thesis, submitted in January 2021 and dealing with the climate emergency and the construction of the cities of the future, are eligible for the Batlleiroig Chair Award, a cash prize of 1,000 euros. Applications may be submitted until 28 June.

  • UPC master's degrees: Engineering, Architecture, Science and Technology

    What is the complete curriculum? What are the entrance requirements? What are the professional opportunities? Are there work placement programmes? Can I take part of the programme abroad? What is the language of instruction? Answering these and other questions is the aim of the information sessions on master’s degrees, organized in the different schools and faculties of the UPC, both in-person and online, which require prior registration. The scheduled dates and the procedure for registering are listed on the UPC website.

  • Award to UPC student associations: new call open from 15 July to 15 October

    The 4th call for this award has already been announced. The award aims to recognise and foster student associations, their commitment and the promotion of the inspiring values of university life. The call is open to projects that have been carried out during the 2020-2021 academic year. (Information in Catalan.)

  • Share your vision of the university of the future and win a trip to Lisboa! Informative session on July 6th at 15:00 (CET)

    The Unite! Programme organises a competition, addressed to students from the even universities that are part of the Unite! European University alliance, who would like to contribute with creative ideas about building the university of the future. Interested students can participate in teams, preparing a video explaining their proposal, and opt for a prize trip to the University of Lisboa to take part in the Unite!4Future Week. There will be an on-line informative session on July 6th at 15:00 (CET).
