The UPC organizes a Staff Training week on Collaborative Teamwork, open to all universities
The training is aimed especially at the faculty and staff communities of the nine universities that are part of the Unite! alliance, will take place in Barcelona from April 24 to 28 and registration is open until March 24.

The UPC offers members of the Unite! communities the training course: Working in Collaborative Teams, aimed at enhancing the effectiveness and enriching collaboration between teams, groups and organizations. With a very practical approach, participants learn the value of collaboration, the processes that guide it and the basic and methodological tools to improve it.
This Staff Training Week is aimed at academic and non-academic university staff and two places will be reserved for each university in the alliance. The contents of the course, which will be taught in English, will cover topics such as: the sources of collaboration (proposal and equipment); collaboration in multicultural environments; processes (tools and results) or the creation of prototypes and communication in these collaborative environments.

Accommodation and traveling is not provided by the organization of the course. Traveling and accommodation costs will be covered by the participants, although the activity is eligible for Erasmus + funding.
